When do you deliver and collect?
Deliveries start from 8am and collections from 8pm geographically. However during busy periods deliveries may be carried out the evening prior to the day of booking.
Do you offer overnight hire and if so is there a charge?
Depending on availability our inflatables can stay overnight at no extra charge providing they are on hirers own safe and secure property.
Will the item fit into my garden?
You can check the measurements of each unit on our website by clicking on the "SIZE" tab. If you are still unsure a member of staff can call out free of charge and measure your garden prior booking.
Can the Inflatables only be setup on grass?
Most of our inflatables, with the exception of large slides, can also be setup on concrete, tar and stones but we need to be informed of this at the time of booking so we can supply any additional safety equipment e.g. weights, sandbags, underlay and extra mats.
Can inflatables go indoors?
Yes, all of our inflatables are suitable for indoor use the only restriction would be the size of the venue. If you are unsure if an item will fit please contact us and we can call out and measure the venue.
Are you an insured operator?
Yes we have public liability cover up to £10,000,000 and employer’s liability cover. We are members of BIHA (British Inflatable Hirers Alliance) and TIPE (The Inflatable Play Enterprise).
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We don't require deposits for private hire, however a small deposit may be required to secure bookings for fun days and corporate events.
When do I pay?
Payment must be made on delivery, prior to set up of the equipment.
How soon do I need to book?
This depends on the time of year. We are very busy during Summer months and bank holiday weekends. However, we do have a large range of equipment and will try to meet your needs. We would advise that you book early to avoid disappointment.
Do I need to do anything before delivery?
We would ask customers to make sure that there is a clear path to where the equipment will bet se up. If the equipment is going to be set up on grass we would ask that the grass is not cut for at least 48hrs before hand. Please ensure that any dog mess is lifted and the area is free of any sharp objects.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable for my party?
If the weather is unsuitable we offer free cancellation up until 8am on the day of your booking. If we deem the weather unsuitable or dangerous due to high winds or storms we reserve the right to cancel the booking at short notice or collect the items early.
Do you have discount packages?
We offer a wide range of indoor offers throughout the year as well as discounted rates when you book two or more inflatables together.
Can you Supervise equipment?
Yes, we can supply staff to supervise or operate the equipment at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
Can you supply generators?
We can supply generators and staff to operate these. Please contact us for more details.
